Solid-liquid separation Subcommittee

Solid-liquid separation consists of various unit operations such as filtration, expression, membrane separation, flocculation, sedimentation, and centrifugation, and is recognized as simple, energy-saving and clean separation technology. Recently, solid-liquid separation technology is widely applied to not only chemical industry but also the fields of bio-, food and medical technologies. Thus, the establishment of innovative separation technologies is becoming more and more important.

The purpose of this subcommittee is, through interacting with researchers who have interest in solid-liquid separation technology, thereby to contribute to the developments of academic research and technology in the related fields.
